Our Premium Mechanical Bull has red LED eyes, a steam system that blows smoke out of our bulls nostrils when he's feeling feisty and a digital LED timer on our console for friendly competition or to see how long you held on before gravity won. We are fully insured and state inspected with the safest bull on the market. No hidden fees and no waiting for quotes. We have everything the others don't. Hold Onto Your Hat!

Cancellation Policy

Deposit: A %30 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and equipment. This deposit is non-refundable to help cover preparation, staffing and blocked availability-even if your event is canceled or rescheduled. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due at least 4 days before your event. If full payment is not received by then we may need to cancel your booking and retain the deposit to cover scheduling losses. If you need to cancel: Cancelations made 4 or more days before the event. No additional charges beyond your deposit. Cancelations made within 4 days of event we will unfortunately be unable to offer refunds due to event prep and crew scheduling. Weather & Outdoor events: For outdoor events we highly recommend having a back up plan like a covered or indoor space. Once our team has arrived and begun setting up , we cannot offer refunds-even in the case of bad weather-since your time slot and crew are already committed. Our crew will always prioritize safety and do everything possible to proceed unless conditions are truly unsafe. Once Setup Begins:Once we start unloading or setting up equipment at your location, the booking becomes non-refundable, regardless of guest count, weather, or early take down requests. Mechanical Issues: If our operators find any mechanical errors after they run safety checks and determine our mechanical bull is not running properly and/or not safe to ride Hold Onto Your Hat! will offer a full refund if rescheduling is not an option. We understand at Hold Onto Your Hat! things happen. We will always work with our clients for a fair resolution to any unexpected circumstances that may arise.
